Sauce Magazine, a culinary/lifestyle publication, and SauceMagazine.com, St. Louis’ largest and best restaurant guide, were founded by Catherine Neville and Allyson Mace. Created as a way to locally and nationally expose the restaurant scene in St. Louis and promote the art of eating well, the Web site SauceMagazine.com was launched in 1999, with the print magazine following in 2001. Now, The Daily Sauce, launched in 2005, rounds out the publication’s offerings.
