What: The Soulard Bastille Days Festival opens with the mock beheading of Queen Marie Antoinette and King Louis XVI

Where: Gather in Soulard at the corner of Russell and Menard to send off the royal couple. A walking street parade will follow to the mock beheading at 12th and Allen.
