Bravo for This Top Chef
Been watching that crazy-popular Top Chef show on Bravo, have you? Then you know Hung Huynh is this season's winner. This weekend, you can see the 29-year-old Las Vegas chef perform his magic on the cooking stage at the Smart Living Expo at America's Center. Born in Vietnam, Huynh emphasizes fresh fish and the country's French and Asian influences, as well as Spanish accents culled from his world travels. He says that were he a food, "I would be spicy chile – it takes a while to get used to, but once you eat it you always come back for more!" Huynh will present his cooking techniques and recipes at various times during the Expo weekend, but if you want to try your hand at creating some of Huynh's winning cuisine at home, check out his recipes on Top Chef's Web site.
