Truffles for Your Sweetie
Even though the ever-popular Hermann Chocolate Wine Trail is sold out, we know you still have chocolate on your mind. Luckily, you can have a taste of the party with these Dark Chocolate Raspberry Truffles, created by Stone Hill Winery’s pastry chef specifically for the event. These dense, decadent delights are easy to make and fun to share on, say, Valentine’s Day. Try them with a good port wine (of course Stone Hill makes one) and roasted pecan halves.
