Four Beers, Three Courses, All Good

Let’s be positive about this weather, shall we? Cold = duck confit; sleet = smoked porter!

Big Sky Café is planning a beer dinner with O’Fallon Brewery that we think will get you pretty fired up. After a reception featuring O’Fallon Gold, here’s what you’ll be sampling:

O’Fallon Gold Beer-Battered Spring Rolls with peach-red chile sweet and sour sauce, paired with O’Fallon Wheat

Duck Confit Flatbread with goat cheese, red onion and spinach,
paired with O’Fallon 5-Day IPA

Maytag Blue Cheese and Pepper Bacon-Bison Sliders with Vermont white Cheddar cheese and tobacco onions, paired with O’Fallon Smoked Porter

See, winter’s not that bad now, is it?

Sauce pick: O’Fallon beer dinner, March 5 – 7 to 8:30 p.m., $37
Where to get it: Big Sky Café, 47 S. Old Orchard Ave., Webster Groves
