James Bond Would Approve

Any time you pair ice-cold vodka and rich caviar, you know your taste buds will sing with pleasure. And next Monday, Morton’s in Clayton conducts the concert by fashioning Imperia vodka into thyme lemon drops, cucumber “Mortinis” and signature martinis while dishing out Petrossian caviar, sliced smoked salmon, tuna tartare canapés and sliced tenderloin on crostini.

Imperia is known for its superb taste and purity derived from a unique eight-step distillation process involving quartz filtration. Despite its Eastern European-sounding name, Petrossian caviar is made from mature, farm-raised white sturgeon in Northern California, producing a delicious nutty, buttery flavor. Luxury vodka and sumptuous caviar, two things of which Mr. Bond would approve. Mother-of-pearl spoon not included.
