Have you met Don Julio? On Wednesday, Agave in The Grove neighborhood is offering a great way to get to know the most popular top-shelf tequila in Mexico: a multicourse tequila dinner hosted by Don Julio ambassador Kevin Vanegas.

Here’s just a taste of what you’ll be having: summer ceviche of fresh salmon, mango and papaya paired with Don Julio Blanco and sangrita; Pollo Rayo del Sol (pan-seared chicken breast stuffed with chorizo and three cheeses) alongside Don Julio Reposado; and chocolate flan with prickly pear sauce and Don Julio Añejo.

We’re feeling warmer already.
