Feel-Good Workout

We can’t run, but man, we can sip wine like a champ. And you don’t have to run (or even walk) to help Relay for Life of West County raise money to fight cancer – you can raise a glass tonight at Wines of Wildwood.

A wine tasting, co-hosted by the Relay Rejuvenators team, will feature more than a half-dozen wines plus plenty of snacks. There’ll also be a silent auction and a chance to win a free wine party for you and your friends valued at $350.

Now this is the kind of exercise we can get into.
