Buzzing With Flavor
A few years ago, Linda and Brent Styer of Wentzville discovered just what garlic could do to grilled beef. Unlike those of us who just nod our heads and enjoy, the couple developed their own garlic-based seasoning and launched Ellbee’s Garlic Seasoning & Rub (the name combines “ell” for Linda and “bee” for Brent). The Styers have since expanded the product line to include four rubs: Original, Zesty, Lemon Citrus and Tuscan. Each rub uses garlic as its base, adding other spices to complement whatever food you’re cooking. Tuscan’s sundried tomatoes and herbs work with pasta while the Lemon Citrus is perfect with fish, chicken, vegetables, dips and salad dressings. But no matter which one you choose, you’ll have guests buzzing with compliments.
