Put a Little Funk in It

During the recent c-c-c-cold spell, you spent a lot of time parked on your couch. There, it struck you that your living room has a case of the winter blahs.

Find exactly what the interior decorator ordered at House of Tyler, a quirky little décor store that opened just two days ago. Proprietor Thom Pegg, a veteran of the art and design world, is out to woo both high-rolling collectors and budget-bound nesters who like to put a little funk in a room. His inventory, which will change "at least weekly," currently includes vintage ceramics, enigmatic paintings and a 1940s miniature grand piano by Wurlitzer. One lucky someone will go home with a two-tone tree trunk that's decked-out with multiple antlers. If that doesn't strike you as funky, you're deeper in the doldrums than we thought.
