National Heart Month, which begins today, celebrates self-love. Don’t worry, we’re not going to suggest you tack on an IALAC sign – just thought you might like to get in some you-time at the spa. Online salon guide PrettyCity and national health advocate The Heart Truth are partnering in the latter’s annual Love You Campaign, which raises awareness of women’s heart disease. Don’t worry, we’re not going to suggest you listen to another debate – just thought you might like to schedule a Paraffin hand wax or a Swedish massage. Through Feb. 15, several local salons and spas will be offering a variety of such services for $59. That’s quite a steal, so go ahead and give yourself a little love this month.
