No matter it’s an election year. Some people still won’t talk politics at the dinner table. Hmm ... what’s left? Costly gas, sweltering weather, dangerous tomatoes – stop! Ever heard of thermofax silk screening? That’s how Aroh transfers the image of America’s lasso-slinging, city-saving Amazon onto a ceramic surface. Aroh said she lifted the picture off a vintage magazine cover. “I have the original issue of Ms. Magazine. It has a modern rendition of Wonder Woman and over that it says, ‘Wonder Woman For President.’” Oops. Maybe you’ll end up hashing over recent politics, after all.
