Bring On the Cheese
At the risk of sounding of cheesy, we “heart” Brie, Cheddar, Gouda, Manchego, Jarlsberg, Parmesan and all their delicious cousins throughout the world. And when we spotted this cutting board, it was l-o-v-e at first sight. The first thing you’ll notice is that it looks like a giant wedge of Swiss. (Pitter-patter goes our heart.) White teak on the outside and bamboo on the inside make it durable – which is good because we’ll use it a lot. Its other shining feature is a trio of stainless steel utensils that are stored inside the cutting board. That way, they will never be far from reach when it’s time for another piece of whatever our heart desires.
