Hahaha and hehehe! Laughing yoga has hit St. Louis.

No, this isn’t a joke – but it will make you laugh a lot. Instead of posing, you’ll complete breathing exercises that simulate chuckles, belly laughs and guffaws. Instructor Jane DeBatty said that even when nothing’s funny, laughter lowers your blood pressure, ups your endorphins and contributes to weight loss. Plus it’s a hilariously good time. “It’s so fun you feel like a little kid,” said DeBatty.

No special attire required for tomorrow’s informal class (the first) – just take along a mat and a sense of humor.
